Welcome, fellow contractors. This is a private, peer-to-peer space for licensed Southern California trades to anonymously share real-world experiences with clients, general contractors, and project partners. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
The goal is simple: help each other make smarter decisions, avoid problem accounts, and strengthen our local construction community, all while protecting one another from getting burned or sued (Hence, The Suer List).
How It Works
This is a secure, members-only space for licensed Southern California contractors to share honest feedback about their experiences working for specific customers.
We collect limited personal information only to verify your identity and confirm your status as a licensed contractor. Your name and identifying details will never be displayed alongside your review. Only administrators will know who submitted each review.
Once verified, your review will be added to a private, shared database that is only accessible to other verified by our administrators. All reviews in the database are anonymous — members will see only the feedback itself, not the identity of the contractor who submitted it.
You will also gain access to view reviews submitted by other verified members. This reciprocal, anonymous sharing ensures everyone benefits from the collective experience of the community, while protecting individual privacy.
You will receive an email invitation to access the database once your verification is complete.
